The Registration fee will include conference material including abstract book, ice-braker party, all lunches (buffet style) including drinks, all coffee breaks and one reception. Extra to be purchased will be the conference dinner and the field trips. Accompanyings will not receive conference material and will not be allowed into the scientific sessions but will be allowed to all lunches, ice breakers, coffee breaks and receptions.

Student fee is referred to all students enrolled into BSc, MSc and PhD programs. After registration a confirmation letter from the student supervisor is mandatory to confirm studentship status.
